What Are the Ready Classes?

Ready Classes are our elite group training system built for athletes who want real results. Each class blends strength, speed, and agility work with personalized progress tracking and a competitive environment.

Whether you're a young athlete just starting out or chasing a scholarship, we’ve built a class system to meet you where you're at — and take you where you want to go.

How It Works:

Train in small, focused athlete groups

Choosing the Right Membership:
Access to Ready Classes depends on your membership tier:

  • Ready Foundation: 1 class/week + Open Gym

  • Ready Growth: 2 classes/week + Open Gym

  • Ready Elite: 2 classes/week + Open Gym + Personalized Training & Nutrition Plan + Free Monthly SECA Scale Testing

Youth Ready

For athletes under 14 building their athletic foundation

🕒 Class Times:

  • Mondays & Wednesdays @ 5:00 PM

📋 Who It’s For:
Youth Ready is designed for athletes under 14 who are just beginning their athletic journey. Whether they’re playing multiple sports or just learning to move well, this class builds strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun but focused environment.

🎯 Goals:

  • Build coordination, balance, and speed

  • Learn safe and proper movement patterns

  • Begin structured strength and agility work

  • Instill discipline, teamwork, and coachability

🧠 Placement is based solely on age:

  • Athletes must be under 14 years old

  • No baseline test required for Youth Ready

Personal Training at ProReady is 1-on-1, athlete-driven coaching designed to deliver rapid and lasting results. Whether you're returning from injury, chasing your peak performance, or just want 100% tailored training — this is the most direct path to your goals.

You’ll work one-on-one with a coach who builds your plan, tracks your progress, and adjusts based on your results, schedule, and feedback.

D1 Ready

For elite athletes preparing for or currently competing at the college level

🕒 Class Times:

  • Mondays & Wednesdays @ 6:15 PM

📋 Who It’s For:
This class is for athletes over 14 who already compete at a high level and are preparing for NCAA Division 1 competition — or are already there. It includes high school seniors with collegiate offers, current JUCO athletes, and active D1 athletes home for breaks or in off-season development.

🎯 Goals:

  • Maintain and push elite physical performance

  • Prepare for the speed and demands of college-level play

  • Refine movement efficiency and injury resilience

  • Train with other top-tier athletes

🧠 Placement into D1 Ready is determined by:

  • Age & experience

  • Recruiting status or active roster placement

  • ProReady Baseline Testing

Semi Private Personal Training

What Is Semi-Private PT at ProReady?

Semi-Private Personal Training (SPPT) gives you personalized coaching with the energy of a team. You'll train in a small group of up to 4 athletes working toward similar goals — with each person following a customized program built just for them.

Whether you're rebuilding after injury, chasing a scholarship, or leveling up in-season, you'll get expert coaching, accountability, and community — without the 1-on-1 price tag.

  • Train in a small group (max 4) with a ProReady coach

  • Everyone follows their own custom plan

  • You may be grouped with others based on similar goals

  • Sessions are scheduled and sold like traditional PT

ProReady Fit memberships are built for people who want to move and feel like an athlete — without training like they’re chasing a scholarship.

These classes use the same performance principles we give our athletes but tailored to adults looking for longevity, energy, and strength that carries over to life. Whether you're a parent, hybrid athlete, or just want to stay fit without feeling stiff or burnt out, this is your lane.

You’ll have access to Proeady Fit and Flow classes — combining high-performance strength training and advanced mobility work — all built to keep you strong, explosive, and in control of your body.

How It Works:

  • Choose the membership that fits your schedule and goals

  • Train in any combination of ProReady Fit or Flow classes

  • Come solo or bring a friend — the community is built-in

  • Track your progress, enjoy Open Gym, and move with purpose
