For athletes under 14 building their athletic foundation

Youth Ready is designed for athletes under 14 who are just beginning their athletic journey. Whether they’re playing multiple sports or just learning to move well, this class builds strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun but focused environment.

This class is for athletes over 14 who already compete at a high level and are preparing for NCAA Division 1 competition — or are already there. It includes high school seniors with collegiate offers, current JUCO athletes, and active D1 athletes home for breaks or in off-season development.

Semi-Private Personal Training (SPPT) gives you personalized coaching with the energy of a team. You'll train in a small group of up to 4 athletes working toward similar goals — with each person following a customized program built just for them.
Whether you're rebuilding after injury, chasing a scholarship, or leveling up in-season, you'll get expert coaching, accountability, and community — without the 1-on-1 price tag.

These classes use the same performance principles we give our athletes but tailored to adults looking for longevity, energy, and strength that carries over to life. Whether you're a parent, hybrid athlete, or just want to stay fit without feeling stiff or burnt out, this is your lane.
You’ll have access to Proeady Fit and Flow classes — combining high-performance strength training and advanced mobility work — all built to keep you strong, explosive, and in control of your body.
